    Just used the ‘call back service’ for 1st time (15th in queue). Was delighted to hear/see this tech now installed @ TBMG. Some 26min later my call was indeed returned, which left me half an hour free to do other ‘essential things’ & not block up my phone. Thankfully, TBMG have called me since iPhone call screening was introduced so the call was instantly recognised. I hope the system is designed with this new tech in mind. ‘Call back’ makes patients’ lives so much easier & you don’t lose your place in the queue - thank you! Tuesday 5 May 2026
    This is an excellent GP practice. You have times in the day where if you need to see a Doctor the staff will try their best to fit you in. I have no complaints about this practice. Very caring , understanding abd give you very good advice and help . Saturday 18 April 2026
    I had an appointment with Dr King yesterday, she was really caring and thorough. I have a really bad case of shingles with terrible back pain. She was very understanding and is following up next week. I have also dealt with Dr King through my job role in a care home. She always ensured she was caring and compassionate when she visited the residents/ patients. Reception staff are always very kind and helpful especially Lynn and Julie Friday 17 April 2026

    I have always been happy with this surgery. Reception staff are very helpful, Doctors and Nurse Practitioners always give the best possible care and advice. On a recent visit I saw Dr Kendall, I have seen him in the past, again I felt he listened to me and I was happy with his advice. He wanted to check on more information and contacted me a few days later to update me. First class service especially in these times of pressure and cuts. Friday 17 April 2026
    The online booking & e-Consult system is excellent. However, if you pause to fill in the reason for your appt, as requested by surgery, the slot is lost/gone when you press ‘Book’. Might it be an idea to add an ‘Edit’ button/facility so patients can add the reason for appt afterwards. This would be so valuable to both patients & Dr’s. It’d save time & help them pre-appt to access correct area of patients notes. So much valuable time wasted searching & explaining. Wednesday 15 April 2026
    The Doctor was very understanding and explained matters very well. She discussed my symptoms well and prompted some tests I needed immediately. Monday 13 April 2026
