MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT TO HELP YOU COPE DURING THE PANDEMIC

The Tee, Esk & Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust have made available a number of free online courses which are designed to help people of all ages cope during the pandemic.

They include information about how to avoid catching/spreading the virus, what immediate feelings you may have and common reactions, managing your mental health at this time, managing isolation and social distancing, self-care, supporting children and young people. SELF CARE FOR MINOR AILMENTS


It is often possible to treat minor ailments and illnesses without the need to see your GP or Practice Nurse.

The NHS.uk website contains lots of information about what symptoms to look for and how to treat yourself.


You should of course always seek medical advice if your symptoms do not improve as expected.
