GP TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS

Following a successful pilot, we are now offering our patients the opportunity to book telephone consultations with their doctor for problems which the patient feels can be dealt without them attending the surgery.

Each time you book an appointment, the receptionist will ask you if you would prefer a telephone or face to face appointment and providing you are confident that your problem can be dealt with without you attending the surgery a telephone consultation will be booked.

The receptionist will ask you for a contact telephone number and advise you of the date and time period when you should be available to allow the doctor to ring you.
