REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

Your doctor may wish you to have repeat prescriptions which you can obtain in several ways -

You can leave your computerised slip at reception or place it in the 'repeat prescription box', post your slip to us with a stamped addressed envelope. If you have access to a fax machine, you can also fax your request to your usual surgery - Thornaby Medical Centre on 01642 765347 or Barwick Medical Centre on 01642 769516

We are not able to take prescription requests over the telephone but you can now request your repeat prescriptions online. To obtain your username and password ask at reception next time you attend the surgery. Once you have a username and password just click on the link at the bottom of this page to login.
